The vacation homes in West Haven Davenport are located approximately 14.5 miles (23km) from Magic Kingdom, 13.9 miles (22km) from Animal Kingdom and 13.4 miles (22km) from Epcot. Champions Gate Resort, including golf course, shops and restaurants, is located less than 2 miles away.

The West Haven villas are also in proximity to Universal Studios 20.8 miles (34km) and Sea World is approximately 18 miles (29km) away. Major shops and restaurants are located nearby in the Champions Gate area with a more extensive choice located 8.4 miles (13km) driving to the north on Highway 192.

Each of the individual West Haven vacation home communities are gated and have their own individual community swimming pools. The master clubhouse and master community pool were not yet completed as of the time of this review.
