Paradise Palms Resort
One of our favorite new resort communities is Paradise Palms. Paradise Palms Resort was built by Lennar Homes in phases mostly in 2010-2012. The recreational amenities include:
- Large community pool, tiki bar and kids pool area
- Tennis, volleyball and fitness center for the athletically inclined
- Game room, convenience store and computer internet
The size and floor plans for vacation homes in Paradise Palms vary. Accommodations include both attached townhomes and detached single family vacation residences. These resort villas typically range from 4 to 6 bedrooms in size and include :
- 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhomes with around 1900 square feet of living space
- 5 bedroom, 4 bath townhomes with approximately 2100 square feet of living space
- 5 bedroom, 5 bath spacious vacation home and 6 bedroom, 5 bath villa with roughly 3000 and 3200 square feet of living space respectively
Tuscan Hills Resort
A few minutes to the west of Paradise Palms will be the aptly named Tuscan Hills community. As our review of the resort indicates, the resort is Mediterranean themed with palms, gardens and shaded walkways. The architecture in the resort is beautiful and lends itself to a very relaxing resort experience. Although not brand new like Paradise Palms, most of these villas have been built since 2006.
These rentals range from a 3 to a 4 bedroom vacation home in Tuscan Hills or larger depending upon your needs.

New Vacation Home Communities – Planned But Not Built
There are 2 other vacation home communities that are planned, but not built as of this date. These new proposed communities include Magic Village Resort and the Sonoma at Tapestry Resort. Park Square Homes will be the developer of the Sonoma at Tapestry which is scheduled to be at over 300 vacation homes (plus other full time resident homes) when it is built out.
Magic Village Resort will be developed by Magic Village LLC and will be at slightly under 190 homes as approved by the Osceola County Planning Commission.
