Terra Verde Resort is a gated community located in Kissimmee Florida approximately 11.1 miles (18km) from the main entrance to Animal Kingdom® in the Walt Disney World Resort®. The resort is tucked in just off South Poinciana Boulevard. Other area attractions in proximity to the Terra Verde Orlando rentals include Sea World 11.7 miles (19km), and the main entrance to Magic Kingdom 8 miles (12.8km). Major shops and restaurants can be found on US 192 approximately 1.7 miles (3km) away from Terra Verde Resort.

Terra Verde Resort is a classic mix of resort type amenities and vacation homes allowing one to enjoy a resort lifestyle, but with all the privacy, space and luxury of a full size home. The townhomes are slightly smaller in size than the vacation homes, but are spacious and inviting for any family.

The Terra Verde villas offer extensive community facilities including a 6000+ square foot clubhouse, Tiki pool bar, exercise room, cyber café, community pool, sauna, whirlpool spa and nature trail, basketball court and billiard room. The Terra Verde Resort grounds also include a large stocked fishing lake, croquet, bocca boules lawn bowling, and kid’s playground with a challenging climbing area. The Terra Verde Resort also recently added a new outdoor table tennis (Ping Pong) table to its extensive recreational amenities. The community pool is fabulous with its lake view from the actual pool deck seating.

Terra Verde Kissimmee has both townhomes and single family detached homes within the resort community. Most home accommodation types do offer 4, 5, 6 and 7 bedroom rental homes. The Terra Verde Resort townhomes are 3 or 4 bedrooms with a hot tub or private pool. If you desire your own private pool, be sure to request a villa with one when making a reservation at Terra Verde Florida.
