- TripAdvisor is one of the largest travel review sites focusing on consumer generated content to drive its readership. Although there is some accepted controversy around the vacation and hotel reviews, millions of travellers turn to local content such as TripAdvisor vacation rentals to make vacation planning decisions. TripAdvisor has continued to grow its revenues despite tough economic times over the last few years.
