Fiesta Key is a townhome style resort community located in Kissimmee, Fl which is composed of two story villas with attractive tile roofs. This resort neighborhood is located approximately 9.3 miles (15km) from the Magic Kingdom entrance at the Walt Disney World Resort®.  Fiesta Key is also located approximately 15.7 miles (25km) driving distance to Universal Studios and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Fiesta Key Fl is a private gated community with resort pool, premium clubhouse, tennis courts, kid’s playground, basketball court, outdoor jogging trail, and an exercise fitness room. The Fiesta Key subdivision was built in 2004-2005 is nestled off South Poinciana Boulevard for privacy and security. Several other resort communities are located in the same vicinity including Cumbrian Lakes, Indian Point and Liberty Village. An additional feature of this resort is a conservation area with pond waterfront views enjoyed from many condominiums.

Fiesta Key vacation homes are typically 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses of varying sizes. Many of the homes have a screened lanai porch area to their rear often with a private whirlpool hot tub. The Fiesta Key villas offer open driveway parking in the front of each townhome.
