5th Annual 2019 Beer ‘Merica Orlando Festival to Benefit Camaraderie Foundation

The 2019 Craft Beer festival that seems to gain popularity and momentum every year will once again take place lakeside in Gaston Edwards Park at Ivanhoe Village. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, May 18 from 3 -6:00 pm. VIP passes are also available to gain access an hour early with some added perks.

As the name “Beer ’Merica” suggests, this is a festival featuring beer samples from 100 craft breweries ­ all American made! If you’re feeling especially patriotic, show up clad in your “red, white, and blue.” The “best costume” winner will win “Beer for a Year” of their favorite brew!

While there are too many to include here, just a few of the craft brew hauses participating in this year’s 2019 craft beer festival are: Shock Top, Sweetwater, Florida Beer Co, Sea Dog, Orange County Brewers, Ivanhoe Park, Fat Point, Veza Sur, New Holland, and Kona Brewing Co.

We mentioned that while you’re sipping on some cold suds, you’ll also be supporting a great cause. The mission of the Camaraderie Foundation is: “To provide healing for invisible wounds of war through counseling, emotional and spiritual support for all branches of Military Service Members, Veterans and their families.”

What’s a great festival without great food? No need to worry here! This year’s event will feature offerings from some of the area’s best food trucks!

We often get asked if an event is “dog friendly” or not? Yes sir ‘re it is! Just make sure to bring a leash and keep them on it.

Also, this is a “21+ Event,” so be sure to bring your ID, as no one under the age of 21 will be admitted into the festival.
