Coming to Orlando in October? If you are, you’ll want to learn more about Halloween at the Orlando theme parks!
Halloween is one our favorite holidays to see the kids and families. Halloween at the Orlando theme parks is a great opportunity to add even more fun to your existing or planned vacation itinerary. Check-out the many associated Orlando Halloween activities in October:
- LEGOLAND’s “Brick or Treat” – The Legoland® Florida will host a themed Halloween event each Saturday and Sunday in October. These weekend Brick or Treat activities will include costume contests for kids ages up to 12 years at 3:00, 4:00 and 5:00 pm. Other kids events will include building a Lego® ghost model, scavenger hunt and scary Halloween characters at the theme park.
- Universal® Orlando’s Mega-hit “Halloween Horror Nights” – This year is the 23rd edition of Universal’s HHN tradition. This legendary production features 8 different houses including The Cabin in the Woods, Evil Dead and Resident Evil®. Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando extends from September 20th to November 2nd. HHN tickets can be purchased as part of your regular admission or bought separately. Click on Universal Orlando Halloween Horror to get more event and ticket details. Keep in mind that this Orlando theme park special is too intense for small children!
- Walt Disney World® Theme Parks – The Disney Parks promote Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween event at the Magic Kingdom®. This does require a separate entry ticket for this Orlando theme park. This WDW special event runs on select nights from September 10th to November 1st. A sampling of Mickey’s Not So Scary activities include Disney villains by a mysteriously scary Cinderella Castle. Main Street USA and a Mickey’s Halloween Parade make this event so fun.
Whether you plan on visiting the Magic Kingdom®, LEGOLAND Florida® or Universal Orlando, make sure you participate in these fun Halloween Orlando theme parks activities.
