Emerald Island Resort Review & Update

We continuously update our resort reviews. For the Emerald Island review, our initial evaluation resulted in a rating of Good/Premium for these vacation villas. We would like to reiterate our resort review for Emerald Island after a recent on-site evaluation. No more than 25% of the reviewed communities attain this distinction.

The resort is truly one of the top destinations in Central Florida. The ratings are based on a number of factors. The resort review of Emerald Island rentals is a blending of multiple areas to formulate the composite resort rating including:

* Cleanliness of Resort Grounds

* Appearance of Community Overall

* Overall Quality of Community Amenities

Emerald Island rental choices include mostly 2 to 4 bedroom vacation homes and townhomes. The exterior aesthetics of the vacation rentals differ (Refer to our Emerald Island resort video footage), but all rentals are updated and modern. The common areas are good especially the strong sense of arrival with fountains and outdoor seating areas. After a long day at the parks, it’s great to come back to your villa and also have the option of hanging out at the socially-oriented clubhouse.

Due to the large size of many of these rental homes, the resort makes a great vacation destination for larger families and groups. There is pretty much anything to do for all ages.

The Emerald Island homeowners community amenities include pool, playground, barbecue, volleyball, fitness room, whirlpool spa, and nature trail. We did find the resort pool to be on the smallish side especially considering the size of the community. However, Emerald Island Kissimmee is a luxurious destination for any family or group visiting the Orlando area, and our review of Emerald Island Resort reflects this favorable rating. Windsor Hills Resort Review & Update

Our community reviews and ratings section is constantly updated. In the case of Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee, our initial evaluation resulted in a rating of Good/Premium+ for these Orlando area vacation home rentals. See our Windsor Hills reviews for the initial posted review. We would like to reiterate our resort review for Windsor Hill Kissimmee after a recent visit. Less than 20% of our 80+ reviewed resorts reach this ratings level.

Windsor Hills rental options in the community include mostly 3 to 6 bedroom condos, townhomes and homes. Exteriors of the vacation homes vary slightly (please review our video of the subdivision), but are mostly stucco and contemporary in appearance. The individual homes in the subdivision are well taken care of as well as the public gardens and landscaped areas. The resort is very aesthetically pleasing with a mixture of colorful begonias, flowers and annuals depending upon the time of year.

Windsor Hills has unparalleled resort amenities including a kid’s outdoor kiddie pool and water slide, water fountains and lagoon, playground, concierge, and gameroom for the family. Full service entertainment options at the clubhouse include a movie theatre and video rentals. Additional outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, volleyball, and putting green. Windsor Hills rentals are also gated and guarded for maximum privacy. For all of these reasons, Windsor Hills Kissimmee is a premium location for any family visiting the Central Florida area.
