The Arnold Palmer Invitational 2010 is right around the corner. The former Bay Hill Invitational tournament activities begin March 22^nd with the main event starting on Thursday morning, March 25th at the Bay Hill Country Club at 9000 Bay Hill Boulevard. The tournament website (www.arnoldpalmerinvitational.com) is now taking ticket reservations as well as other tournament upgrades. The PGA professional golf tournament in Orlando is presented by MasterCard ® .

This event benefits the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children which is now in its 20^th year of service to the community. This year, Arnold Palmer also has a special 80^th birthday to enjoy during the tournament. Mr. Palmer is the special host and honorable past champion of many PGA golf events.

The last several years have been tremendous entertainment for area golf fans. Local resident, Tiger Woods of Windermere and Isleworth, has finished in epic and dramatic fashion. Television ratings have been stellar as well. Several other professional golfers who call Orlando their home will also participate. Orlando golf fans would like to see Tiger Woods return to the links, but only after successfully getting his personal matters in order.

Transportation to the event is provided as a service from Universal Theme Parks by shuttle. Air conditioned buses conveniently run from the park to the golf course every 15 minutes if you wish to avoid on-site parking. On-site parking permits are available at a cost on a first come, first served basis from the event website if you wish to park adjacent to the course.
