- Added an outdoor ping pong table for guest usage at the clubhouse
- Resort basketball court was resurfaced
- Independent sound system added by the community pool area. This allows each guest to control their own sound levels to maximize enjoyment of the outdoor music system.
- Multi-gym added to the fitness area
- Additional species of fish stocked in the community resort lake
- The resort added recycling facilities earlier this year to become one of the most environmentally friendly vacation communities in the area.
Another 4 star resort in Kissimmee with full recreational amenities. The Oakwater homeowners association focused on improving the resort’s grounds and activities during the quarter. These betterments include:

- Re-sodded many of the resort vacation communities exterior common areas
- Phasing in expansion of resort “feature gardens” to beautify landscaping and exterior aesthetics
- Added new picnic benches and barbecues around the resort

- Zumba fitness classes being added in March for those who want to enjoy a little high energy and fun exercise while on vacation
